My basic rate is $35 per hour. I accept cash or check. Payment is usually made at each lesson, but other arrangements can be made.

The $35 rate applies if we meet in Barrington. To meet outside Barrington, I add a travel charge to the first hour, then charge $35/hour if the session is longer. For instance, the first hour would be $53 at the Providence Central Library. If I will already be in the area, the travel charge would be less.

If we meet at my home, the rate is $30/hour. (See last paragraph under 'Location'.)
